Overall - beautiful designed and high-class place with extremely helpful staff that actually are suited for international customer service. Panoramic sea view, well-equipped room. Comfortable beds, clean pool. Had absolutely perfect and comfortable location in the center of the touristic part of Eilat, a few steps away from Spiral Park. Close to the sea shore.

This place was super clean and they served up huge and delicious breakfasts. The staff here was always on top of things and super friendly 😊. I loved that they had local food at the beach restaurant. My vacation here was absolutely amazing and unforgettable.

Exceptionally comfortable bed

Good bathroom and central heating. Awesome view of the sea. Great and incredible setting. Not far from all shops and restaurants. Very positive stay for a quick 3-night visit.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The location was perfect for our children, with plenty of lounge chairs at the pool and spacious and very comfortable room and bathroom. The hotel was nicely appointed and had plenty of space to store our luggage and relax on a sofa in the room. The service provided by Alin, the public relations manager, was outstanding. The hotel was also conveniently close to the main attractions in the area. The breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of delicious dishes. The wi-fi connection was excellent as well.

The only downside was the loud music from a nearby disco that could be heard until 4 am in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep with fresh air coming in through the windows.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The view from the room was breathtaking, both internally and externally. The staff was kind and provided great customer service. The hotel's location in the center of the city, directly on the waterfront, was perfect. It allowed for easy access to all the tourist activities and there were many nice restaurants nearby. Additionally, the breakfast offered a large variety of options and the food was delicious. the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
